Job Description:
- Attend project briefings with the Project Manager.
- Independently complete project proposals under research guidelines.
- Translate project questionnaires and design small-to-medium-sized questionnaires.
- Conduct project training, including interviewer training, mock visits, and accompanying visits.
- Prepare preliminary project implementation, including project setup, budget completion, application filing, and internal proposal preparation.
- Ensure project quality control and data report accuracy.
- Review report charts prepared by researchers and independently compile reports.
- Develop coding schemes, check quality control reports, and prepare data report headers.
- Perform data analysis and draft key findings.
- Guide new researchers in familiarizing themselves with the work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 1-2 years of market research experience.
- Knowledge of marketing and statistics.
- Understanding or practical experience in market research methodologies.
- Experience in project control or project management.
- Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
