Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Reporting Analyst responsible for establishing, managing, and continuously enhancing company-wide reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics. The role serves as the central owner of organizational reporting and collaborates closely with all departments to ensure the delivery of accurate, timely, and actionable insights that support informed decision-making and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the centralized reporting function, including reporting governance, standards, templates, and reporting calendars.

• Define reporting policies and ensure data integrity, consistency, and standardization across all organizational reports.

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports.

• Translate business requirements into clear data models, KPIs, metrics, and executive-level dashboards aligned with company strategy.

• Automate reporting processes and build integrated reporting solutions to reduce manual effort across the organization.

• Maintain structured reporting repositories and organized reporting environments.

• Partner with all departments to gather reporting requirements, provide support on dashboards and reporting tools, and act as the main reporting focal point.

• Collaborate with all company departments to ensure system data availability and deliver analytical insights.

• Provide required analysis, performance monitoring, risk identification, and actionable recommendations to support performance improvement initiatives.

• Continuously enhance reporting practices, visualization standards, automation methods, and AI-enabled analytics solutions.

  Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3–6 years of experience in Reporting, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or MIS, with proven experience in reporting and dashboard development.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, Data Modeling).

• Power BI (Dashboards, DAX, Data Modeling, Visualization).

• Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint and Power Automate.

• Strong knowledge of KPI frameworks and reporting structures.

• SQL knowledge is a plus.

• Experience working with ERP or CRM systems is preferred.

• Understanding process mapping and automation is preferred.
  

• Experience in Python is preferred.
