ABOUT THE ROLE


As a Senior Regional Marketing Manager - North America, you will play a pivotal role in driving Immuta’s growth by building and executing marketing programs that enhance collaboration between our field sales team and strategic partners. This role focuses on driving awareness, engagement, and pipeline development by aligning field marketing strategies with our partner ecosystem to ensure impactful results. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and partner teams to create and implement regional marketing initiatives that enable our sales teams to win in the field. This position will report to the Senior Director, Global Partner & Regional Marketing and offers an exciting opportunity to develop programs that directly influence revenue generation.


This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating closely with sales teams and partners, and is passionate about driving the strategy and execution of impactful marketing programs across North America that shape the future of data security.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

Pipeline Growth & Territory Health:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing strategies that drive sales pipeline growth, enhance engagement with enterprise accounts, and strengthen territory performance across regional markets.
  • Stay on top of market trends and industry best practices to continuously innovate and improve marketing programs.
  • Support the broader marketing and sales goals by aligning partner marketing efforts with company-wide initiatives and campaigns.

Event Strategy:

  • Manage Immuta-branded field events. partner market-with & co-sponsored events and participate in third-party conferences.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts align with key business objectives and deliver impactful customer engagements to boost Immuta's market presence, drive partner awareness and generate demand.
  • Own the execution of field events, including regional conferences, workshops, and partner co-branded initiatives, ensuring seamless logistics and impactful outcomes.

Sales & Partner Alignment:

  • Partner with regional sales teams to identify priority markets, design account-based marketing campaigns, and support demand generation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with field sales and partner teams to build and execute regional marketing activities that drive demand and sales opportunities.
  • Build tailored marketing programs that align with partner and field sales goals, leveraging partner relationships to maximize reach and engagement.

Multi-channel Marketing:

  • Leverage digital marketing tools such as email, social media, ABX tactics and content marketing to expand Immuta’s reach and generate qualified opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the content and digital marketing teams to develop collateral, messaging, and digital assets tailored for field and partner engagement.
  • Plan and execute 1:1 Account-Based Experience (ABX) programs, driving targeted engagement and personalized marketing strategies to support regional sales and business growth.
  • Develop and manage marketing strategies, including joint events, webinars, and content marketing initiatives.

Performance Optimization:

  • Utilize data-driven insights and key performance indicators (KPIs) to refine marketing strategies, improve funnel performance, and maximize return on marketing investments.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective use of resources to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the success of marketing campaigns and events, using data-driven insights to optimize future efforts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the North American Sales Team, managing regional goals and pipeline targets.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation or field marketing in B2B tech, preferably within the data industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing partner marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B marketing landscape, including experience with ABM, demand generation, and event marketing.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and event management tools. 6Sense, LinkedIn Campaign Manager a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure program success and optimize accordingly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on collaboration and partnership.
  • A passion for innovation, creative problem-solving, and continuously improving processes.
