Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead the end-to-end hiring process and help scale our team in a fast-growing startup environment. You will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across multiple departments, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and strong alignment with our company culture.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across R&D, Sales & Marketing, and Customer Success roles.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates in competitive markets.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, define job requirements, and ensure efficient hiring processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data and reports within the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Represent the company professionally and positively in all candidate interactions, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Collaborate with department leaders to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
  • Use data and insights to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
  • Support employer branding efforts to enhance visibility and appeal to top talent.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, ideally in a startup or fast-scaling environment.
  • Recruiting Expertise: Proven success hiring for technical (R&D) and commercial (S&M, CS) roles.
  • Sourcing Skills: Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, social networks, and other sourcing tools.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across teams.
  • Mindset: Self-driven, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
