We’re seeking a Senior Recruiter to partner across all departments at Adonis, with a primary focus on building out our GTM (Sales, Customer Success, and Health Systems) teams. This person will serve as a dedicated partner to leadership, helping define hiring needs, attract exceptional talent, and shape our recruiting strategy as we scale.

In this role, you’ll drive full-cycle recruiting for GTM and customer-facing functions, while also supporting hiring efforts across Engineering, Finance, and Operations. You’ll experiment with new candidate profiles, strengthen our employer brand, and play a key role in evolving our interview processes and recruiting best practices.

What You’ll Do
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and other cross functional roles.
  • Partner with GTM and company leadership to define hiring priorities, refine candidate profiles, and align on talent strategy.
  • Support hiring efforts across all teams, jumping in to help where needed as we scale.
  • Source and engage top talent through creative, personalized outreach and proactive pipeline building.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience: managing communications, interviews, and offer processes with care and consistency.
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting Team to enhance recruiting processes, tools, and reporting for better efficiency and insights.
  • Champion Adonis’ values throughout every stage of the hiring process, ensuring we build a diverse, high-performing team.
What We’re Looking For
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record hiring Sales or GTM talent (experience with CS or Healthcare is a plus).
  • Strong sourcing ability and comfort experimenting with new outreach strategies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills (you’ll work directly with senior leadership).
  • Organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
  • Passion for delivering a top-notch candidate experience.
Nice to Have
  • Experience partnering with Sales teams and iterating on candidate profiles.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools (Greenhouse, Ashby,  Lever, or similar)

The base salary range for this position is $145,000 - $160,000 base salary. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, we also offer competitive equity and benefits packages.
