We are on the lookout for a Senior Recruiter dedicated to finding and engaging outstanding tech talent and strategically partnering with hiring teams across the organization. As the owner of our hiring processes, your contributions will be essential to helping us scale thoughtfully and deliver optimal results to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships, coach and partner with hiring teams to understand business needs and goals, and set talent acquisition strategies accordingly.
  • Own and optimize the full-cycle recruitment process providing an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Execute thoughtful interviews with a highly technical approach.
  • Guide candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a smooth path towards the final rounds.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies, including proactive outreach and ATS database management.
  • Use data and metrics reporting to drive continuous process and strategy improvement. 
  • Act as a team player, supporting and collaborating in all Recruiting initiatives.

What you'll bring

  • 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in team augmentation companies.
  • Strong sense of ownership and urgency in dynamic environments.
  • A partnership-centric approach to working with hiring teams.
  • Experience implementing effective solutions to attract, source, close and retain passive and active candidates.
  • A passion for connecting with people and building meaningful relationships.
  • Strong focus on candidate experience and growing talent networks.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
