At Roblox, we are growing and looking for a Senior Recruiter for Early Career Talent to help build, scale, and influence our recruiting landscape. We are a fun and collaborative team focused on recruiting University and Early Career talent. We are looking for a strong communicator, collaborator, and leads by example. They have a desire to improve processes, think Kaizen - what got us here won't get us to where we are going. As a Senior Recruiter, you will directly impact the growth of the company and support our scaling efforts.

This is a full-time position and located at our headquarters in San Mateo, California.

You Will:

  • Recruit early career talent for internship and full time positions
  • Influence processes helping the team work smarter at scale
  • Mentor others by sharing your knowledge
  • Coach and partner with sourcers, hiring managers and executives across the company
  • Champion an outstanding candidate experience
  • Ensure that operational excellence is at the forefront of your process and take pride in a clean ATS
  • Support Program Managers during internship season

You Have:

  • 6+ years recruiting and/or human resources experience, with at least 2 years in university recruiting experience
  • Ability to travel up to 25% to college campuses for various recruiting events (career fairs, info sessions, conferences) throughout the U.S. and Canada - contingent on health regulations
  • Experience in mid to large scale early career recruiting programs and able to handle high volume
  • Experience in mentoring teammates
  • Experience managing top talent and providing a flawless candidate experience
  • Experience solving complex recruiting problems through creativity and innovation
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System to maintain candidate pipelines
  • Experience partnering with sourcers to build an effective sourcing strategy
  • Experience with data and metrics to find insights and tell stories
  • Startup mentality and open to thinking outside of the box

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.

Annual Salary Range

$153,080$192,840 USD

Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).

Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.

We are requiring employees to be in the office three days a week – with core days being Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. On Mondays and Fridays, employees may choose to work remotely, although the office will still be open.
