We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead high-volume talent acquisition initiatives within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
This role requires a strategic, business-oriented recruitment professional who excels at talent identification, stakeholder partnership, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will play a critical role in scaling frontline and technical teams while partnering closely with hiring leaders.

Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders and hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Lead full-cycle recruitment across high-volume and frontline hiring functions
Source and attract passive talent using diverse sourcing techniques
Conduct structured behavioral interviews and screening assessments
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Drive best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Advise stakeholders on talent market trends, compensation insights, and hiring strategy
Manage offer negotiations and ensure compliance with employment legislation
Lead recruitment projects while balancing speed, quality, and cost-efficiency
Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience
Strong background in high-volume hiring (retail or frontline hiring experience preferred)
Proven expertise in sourcing and assessing both frontline and technical talent
Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
Experience in both corporate and agency/executive search environments preferred
Skilled in offer negotiation and knowledgeable about local employment legislation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages
Strong project management and organisational skills
Genuine interest in technology and continuous learning
Strategic exposure working closely with business leaders
