We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle for critical leadership roles across Growth, Marketing, Product, and Content teams. Success in this position depends on your ability to collaborate with hiring managers to fully understand role requirements and source top-tier talent to meet our ambitious hiring goals. A robust network in the Bay Area will be key to your success at Study.com.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies through various channels (your network, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other third-party job boards) to identify top talent
  • Partner with senior leadership to understand business needs and fill high-impact leadership roles
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, ensuring alignment on role priorities and candidate profiles
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline, screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess skills, and update our ATS (Greenhouse) daily
  • Effectively communicate Study.com’s value proposition to engage and close highly sought-after candidates
  • Continuously refine sourcing techniques to stay competitive in the talent market
  • Provide weekly updates and feedback to hiring managers on recruitment progress
  • Leverage AI and automation to optimize recruiting workflows

What You’ll Bring To The Role:

  • 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience in domains like Software/Tech, Digital Marketing, Product Management, SaaS/eCommerce
  • Expertise in recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other social media channels
  • Extensive Bay Area network and experience with Greenhouse ATS
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Proven success in managing multiple roles simultaneously while delivering quality candidates
  • Experience with recruiting in fast-paced, quality first environments
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to assess not only technical skills but also cultural fit

Contract Details:

  • $50-$100/hour (dependent on market rates, skills, and experience).
  • 6-month contract, 40 hours/week, Pacific Time Zone.
