Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative team member to help deliver accurate and timely fund and investment operations. In this role, you’ll contribute to the integrity of valuations across a wide range of portfolios—including institutional funds, investment trusts, mutual funds, ETFs, and other pooled investment vehicles.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and oversee daily operational tasks, including reconciliations, while flexibly managing resources to meet team needs.
- Identify and resolve exceptions with care and accuracy, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Act as a knowledgeable resource and supportive peer, offering guidance while remaining hands-on when needed.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex issues, resolving them efficiently and performing quality control reviews.
- Support the onboarding and development of new and existing team members through training and cross-training.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of policies and procedures.
- Promote a strong risk and control culture, ensuring audit readiness and maintaining documentation to support efficient audit completion.
- Lead and contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and team wellbeing.
- Build and maintain respectful and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regular engagement with banking partners.
- Participate in team projects and contribute to additional responsibilities as needed.
- At least one year of relevant business experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Comfort with technical concepts and a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
- Clear and confident communication skills—both written and verbal.
- A collaborative mindset and a positive, proactive approach to teamwork.
