Skills Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Science related fields
- Experience in PCB industry
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work as a team player
- Availability to work multiple shifts (morning and noon shifts)
- Laboratory skills: chemical preparation, coating, sample preparation, testing, and measurement
- Operation, maintenance, and calibration of analytical laboratory equipment
- Chemical handling and management, including blending, packaging, and raw materials inventory
- Support for lab-to-manufacturing scale-up and troubleshooting
- Six Sigma certification and ability to lead lab improvement projects
