[Job Responsibility]

Support Pyralux daily laboratory operations including running experiments, operating analytical equipment, facility maintenance, chemical management, etc.
Pilot facility operations, including but not limited to chemical blending and packaging, managing raw materials inventory, liquid particle measurement, chemical assay, etc. 
Cross-functional supports to lab-to-manufacturing process including scale up related trouble shooting for new product development 
Lab operations including chemical preparation, coating, sample preparation, testing, and measurement.
Lab equipment handling, maintenance, calibration, etc.
Obtain six sigma certification and lead lab improvement projects.
Other lab routine tasks.

 

[Job Qualification]

Bachelor or Master degree, major in Engineering or Science related fields.
Working experiences is not needed, but experiences in PCB industry is a plus.
Willing to learn new skills. Positive mind to fast pace working environment.
Work diligently with disciplines
Good communication skills; Team player
Amenable with multiple shifts (morning shift and noon shift)

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Science related fields
  • Experience in PCB industry

  • Good communication skills and ability to work as a team player
  • Availability to work multiple shifts (morning and noon shifts)
  • Laboratory skills: chemical preparation, coating, sample preparation, testing, and measurement
  • Operation, maintenance, and calibration of analytical laboratory equipment
  • Chemical handling and management, including blending, packaging, and raw materials inventory
  • Support for lab-to-manufacturing scale-up and troubleshooting
  • Six Sigma certification and ability to lead lab improvement projects
