- Network Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize voice and data services to improve network KPIs.
- Multi-Vendor RAN Expertise: Configure and fine-tune RAN parameters for multi-vendor networks (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, ZTE).
- Feature Implementation & Parameter Tuning: Deploy vendor-specific features, including MIMO, Carrier Aggregation, Beamforming, DSS, and EN-DC.
- Network Design & Capacity Planning: Assess network architecture, recommend expansions, and optimize resource allocation.
- KPI Analysis & Troubleshooting: Identify bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Drive Test Analysis: Interpret drive test data, assess coverage and interference, and recommend optimization actions.
- Technical Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present reports to CxO-level management and engineering teams.
- Technology Evolution & Migration Support: Guide operators in migrating from legacy to modern networks.
- Project Leadership & Mentoring: Lead optimization projects, mentor engineers, and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.
- Education: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 8+ years in RAN optimization, performance engineering, or network planning.
- Hands-on experience with Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, or ZTE RAN solutions.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of 4G LTE, 5G NR, WCDMA, and GSM.
- Expertise in radio network tuning, troubleshooting, and feature activation.
- Proficiency in vendor-specific RAN tools.
- Knowledge of automation tools (Python, SQL, AI/ML-based analytics) is a plus.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Excellent customer engagement and stakeholder management.
- Project management experience with structured delivery and reporting.
- Ability to work in multi-vendor environments and lead optimization projects independently.
- Willingness to travel based on project needs.
