The Boeing ODA team is looking for a Senior Multi-Family Manager to join the team in Seatle, WA
This is a Senior Manager role for the Seattle/Renton Inspection Unit with responsibilities for BT&E Labs and Flight Test. This position supports 737 Program Factory through Delivery Center.
Primary responsibilities:

• Manages employees and first-level managers performing management activities across multiple (2 or more) Quality Management Job Families.
• Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.
• Provides education and coaching on the Quality System.
• Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements.
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports.
• Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers.

Work Authorization:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Seattle, WA.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

• 5+ years of experience do you have in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or experience in a regulated industry
• 3+ years of experience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams in a cross-functional environment
• 5+ years of experience working directly with the FAA

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

• Bachelor degree
• 5+ years of experience working with FAA-ODA Inspection Unit Members
• Experience leading or supporting activities to attract, develop, and/or retain talent
• Experience in either airplane development program processes or airplane programs products and processes
• Experience facilitating commercial aviation industry best practices for operations, training & safety
• Experience with Customer interfacing responsibilities - understanding business requirements, laying out product, service solutions and roadmaps and handling critical issue resolutions
• Experience interfacing and communicating with business leadership, including C-level executives
• Senior leadership experience reviewing, approving and implementing process, budgeting, equipment and service plans to maximize productivity and ensure safety, security, environmental and regulatory compliance
• Experience in project/program management in the aviation industry
• Experience developing and implementing strategic communications plans, including digital strategy, publishing and metrics
• Flight line experience
• A&P License

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $154,700 - $209,300
