In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Continuously improve and enhance the company's quality management system to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain relevant certifications.

• Lead global and regional quality strategic initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and high-quality execution.

• Lead the food-grade sample lab certification process in China and APAC, actively participate in the global project, and ensure timely progress in alignment with the project plan.

• Support commercial activities by ensuring quality and food safety requirements are well integrated through close collaboration with the Commercial and Technical Service teams.

• Deliver professional training and provide effective communication support to local stakeholders, including Commercial and R&D teams.

• Participate in internal and external audits, as well as third-party audits, to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.

To succeed you must hold:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Food Science, Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, Food Safety, or related fields.

• Strong understanding of food safety and quality management systems such as FSSC22000, ISO9000, FAMI-QS, HACCP, GMP, and relevant regulations.

• Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects, with a minimum of 3 years of project leadership experience. 

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance within the food/feed/pharmaceutical industry.

• Fluent in both spoken and written English.

• Demonstrates strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions. 

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
