In this role you’ll make an impact by:
Continuously improve and enhance the company's quality management system to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain relevant certifications.
Lead global and regional quality strategic initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and high-quality execution.
Lead the food-grade sample lab certification process in China and APAC, actively participate in the global project, and ensure timely progress in alignment with the project plan.
Support commercial activities by ensuring quality and food safety requirements are well integrated through close collaboration with the Commercial and Technical Service teams.
Deliver professional training and provide effective communication support to local stakeholders, including Commercial and R&D teams.
Participate in internal and external audits, as well as third-party audits, to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
To succeed you must hold:
Bachelor's degree or above in Food Science, Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, Food Safety, or related fields.
Strong understanding of food safety and quality management systems such as FSSC22000, ISO9000, FAMI-QS, HACCP, GMP, and relevant regulations.
Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects, with a minimum of 3 years of project leadership experience.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance within the food/feed/pharmaceutical industry.
Fluent in both spoken and written English.
Demonstrates strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
