Job Description Summary:To strengthen our Onshore Execution Area, we are looking for a Growth Senior Quality Assurance Manager.
We’re seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality across the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) lifecycle—covering Photovoltaic (PV), Wind, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and High Voltage (HV) transformers/breakers—from early design through factory acceptance, site execution, commissioning and handover to operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and implement the Project Quality Plan (ISO 9001 / ISO 10005), defining quality objectives, controls, and documentation from design to IFC.

  • Support and apply the Project Quality Management System across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, and commissioning of onshore assets.

  • Lead multidisciplinary Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)control, and approval.

  • Define and manage supplier QA/QC requirements, including quality clauses in contracts, technical annexes, inspection criteria, and FAT/SAT provisions.

  • Plan and coordinate factory audits, inspections, and FAT/SAT activities for critical equipment, managing non-conformities and corrective actions.

  • Oversee site QA/QC, commissioning, and acceptance testing, ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and grid requirements.

  • Support supplier performance evaluation, quality KPIs monitoring, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Contribute to quality standardization, digital tools, and lessons learned across the onshore project portfolio.

  • Support the management of non-conformities before and during manufacturing, pre-shipmnet, delivery, contract execution, ensuring timely resolution and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • At least 5 years previous experience in engineering and/or construction of renewable projects.

  • Indicate technology aspect: PV, Wind, BESS; HV Transformers are the key components, together with Construction/EPC execution.

  • Knowledge on the renewable energies supply chain from mineral sources to final delivery.

  • Deep knowledge of ISO 9001/10005; relevant IEC standards (e.g., IEC 61215/61730, IEC 60076); proven execution of FAT/SAT, PAC/IAC/FAC, ITPs, NCR/root‑cause and audit programs.

  • Experience with complex supply chain control including global suppliers, European, Asian, American.

  • Around 4 years’ experience in quality assurance and quality control, knowledge of LEAN methodologies and process mapping.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent English language skills.

  • Willing to travel – factories, corporate offices, project sites.
