- Perform high-quality manual testing for the ABOUT YOU Mobile App, covering the whole customer journey
- Collaborate closely with app engineers to understand project requirements and provide input on testing strategies
- Oversee the quality of the application and contribute to creating a strong user experience
- Take ownership of bug reports or tickets from internal and external stakeholders, prioritize them based on their business value, and ensure timely resolution
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of ABOUT YOU's long-term automated testing strategy
- Coordinate app release tasks and perform regression testing
- Act as an advocate for product quality within a cross-functional development team, promoting best practices and driving continuous improvement
- Coordinate testing efforts to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality features
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, and debugging of frontend applications, preferably mobile apps and large-scale projects
- Proficient in manual testing techniques, including exploratory and destructive testing, as well as automated testing
- Familiarity with process and ticketing tools such as Jira and Confluence, enabling effective collaboration and organisation
- Strong knowledge and experience with testing tools, particularly TestRail, for efficient test management and reporting
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical systems, allowing for efficient testing and debugging activities
- Detail-oriented approach to testing, with a strong focus on test case design as well as business value and user experience of software
- Passion for delivering innovative features quickly while maintaining high reliability standards
- Experience working with agile methodologies and implementing a quality mindset in an agile environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders
- Fluent in English, demonstrating proficiency in both speaking and writing
