International fast-growing IT company StellarTech is looking for Senior QA (Fullstack). You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and documenting quality assurance processes and automating products that meet the organization's expectations.
You will work in a technical team consisting of a backend and a fronted team, working on flutter with iOS, Android and web applications, while helping to integrate with other teams. You will have to understand the necessary rhythm of work, develop and integrate quality assurance solutions and ensure their daily implementation with the help of experience in planning, automation and AI tools. Your experience in quality assurance and your ability to develop various coverage strategies and apply them optimally will play a crucial role in improving supply chain efficiency and achieving business goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Participate in the provisioning process at all stages of the product;
- Work effectively in various areas to update the software using both automatic and manual methods;
- Comprehensive test cases and test plans design, update, and management;
- Active implementation of AI in daily work and testing strategies. The desire and understanding of how AI tools can be used to improve and speed up work (generation of test documentation, requirements analysis, writing autotests);
- Daily systems healthcheck setup, execution, reporting;
- Continuous delivery process QA integration, contribution, and support
- Share your knowledge with colleagues about QA methodologies, an effective approach to work, and documentation.
- Approach testing creatively, clarify the nuances, first of all, take into account the user's point of view, and defend its quality;
- Continuous improvement: stay curious, suggest improvements, and keep trying new things.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in quality assurance for complex chains of integrations (FE and BE). Ability to create test plans for Integrations and control their execution;
- Deep knowledge level of software testing methodologies, planning, and strategy. Proven experience in creating QA or adjusting the QA process within SDLC to the business needs;
- Practical experience of implementation tools for test planning, test execution, and test documentation management (Testrails or similar);
- Experience in UI testing for Mobile Web (HTTP) and native Apps (iOS/Android). Hands-on experience in diagnostic and the ability to set up/define the environment for bug reproduction;
- Experience in building UI Automation and integration tests since 0;
- Strong understanding of the Automation QA process and ability to guide AQA inline with the overall testing strategy;
- Deep experience in debugging applications, collecting and analyzing logs (local and remote).
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of the Flutter framework will be a plus.
