We are now seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Product and Engineering team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our Sportsbook development cycle, ensuring flawless execution across web and mobile platforms. You will help ensure that every feature — from placing a bet to managing payments — is intuitive, bug-free, and compliant with local regulations. This position reports directly to the Head of Sport Betting Product & Design and works closely with developers, designers, and product owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Test Planning & Execution
- Write, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile sportsbook applications.
Validate betting flows (registration, deposit, bet placement, settlement, withdrawal). - Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility (iOS, Android, desktop, mobile web).

- Bug Detection & Reporting
- Identify, reproduce, and log bugs in detail using tools such as JIRA.
- Track defects from detection to resolution, verifying fixes in subsequent builds.

- Verify adherence to ANJ (French regulator) requirements and responsible gaming features.
- Test edge cases such as account limits, suspended bets, and timeouts.
- Contribute to risk mitigation by ensuring compliance with strict regulatory standards.

- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with developers, designers, and product owners to refine requirements.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives).
- Suggest process improvements for faster release cycles and higher quality.
- User Experience & Performance
- Conduct exploratory testing and provide actionable feedback on usability and UX flows.
Support load/performance testing to validate platform stability under heavy traffic (e.g., live betting events).

Key Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in QA testing, preferably within iGaming, fintech, or other highly regulated industries.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Manual testing expertise, with exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress).
Understanding of API testing (Postman, Swagger).

- Ability to communicate clearly and proactively with cross-functional teams.
- A player-first mentality, with curiosity for how betting products are used in real life.
- Fluency in English (written & spoken); Portuguese or French a plus.
