We’re seeking an experienced Senior QA Tester to lead testing efforts and ensure our products deliver a flawless user experience. You’ll design test strategies, mentor junior QA team members, and work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain product excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead QA planning, test design, and execution across multiple projects.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks.
- Perform thorough regression, performance, and usability testing.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Mentor and guide QA Analysts and junior testers.
- Continuously improve QA processes and best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software QA/testing.
- Strong knowledge of QA automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience leading QA teams or projects is a plus.
