Senior QA Engineer

Skills:

• 7+ years of professional experience in software quality engineering, with at least 5 years in performance testing.
• Strong expertise with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar.
• Proven ability to analyze performance across the application layer, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and servers (Linux/Windows, application servers, middleware).
• Solid knowledge of profiling, monitoring, and logging tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, Splunk).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration of performance testing in DevOps workflows.
• Strong skills in scripting/programming (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
• Experience in financial services or banking systems (payments, core banking, transaction processing) is a strong plus.
