At Robots & Pencils, we’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer to help ensure the quality of mission-critical software products. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality releases through thorough manual testing, focusing on reliability, usability, and performance.
You’ll collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to define test strategies, create detailed test cases, and continuously improve our QA processes.
In February 2025, we opened our new office in Lviv, Ukraine, as part of our ongoing global growth. We’re actively expanding our Ukrainian team and inviting skilled professionals to join us on this journey. You’ll work as part of a distributed team building high-impact products with colleagues across North and South America and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and execute detailed manual test cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria and testing strategies
- Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and usability testing
- Report, document, and track defects to resolution
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Experience testing web and/or mobile applications
- Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken)
