Playtech‘s Billing Engineering Team is looking for Senior QA Engineer with a curious mindset and excellent communication.

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

• Take part in our everyday QA processes, which include test planning, system testing, troubleshooting, and support activities
• Analyze system requirements and produce testing specifications from system requirements
• Create Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Reports, and use manual testing across the spectrum of acceptance criteria of the user stories
• Communicate with development team regarding requirements clarifications and quality expectations
• Perform manual system and regression testing of applications
• Troubleshoot and debug test infrastructure (test environments, docker containers, CI/CD pipeline workflows related to test automation)
• Estimate risks and testing efforts for the project
• Constantly learn from experience and be proactive
• Lead the testing process within the team

Qualifications

Components for success. You...

• Should have 4+ years of experience in a technical environment in the role of QA
• Should have 3+ years of dedicated experience with web automating application
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of development processes and the software lifecycle) advantage in Financial, Billing or Gaming industry)
• Must have experience in manual testing across the spectrum of acceptance criteria of the user stories and test cases
• Display good knowledge of various testing methods and techniques
• Have experience in API testing (Postman, Swagger), Python, Oracle, Django
• Demonstrate good knowledge of REST, HTTP, and WebSocket protocols
• Have experience with test automation frameworks e.g., XCUITest, Selenium, Cucumber, Cypress, Playwright, Maestro mobile, etc.
• Have experience with bug tracking systems and test management tools
• Understand the Agile (Scrum) process
• Possess very good analytical skills
• Have good spoken and written English proficiency
• Demonstrate good attention to detail, a sense of curiosity, willingness to take responsibility, show initiative, and good communication skills
• Have the ability to learn quickly and the willingness to continuously improve yourself
• Are a self-motivated proactive individual with a positive attitude
• Show good problem-solving skills and be detail-oriented

BILLING ENGINEERING TEAM

You will be an integral part of our diverse Billing Engineering Team, tasked with developing, maintaining, and supporting the Billing tools platform. Our team ensures that the technical systems adhere to Playtech’s Security, Data Governance, and other Policies and guidelines. We specialize in building, automating, optimizing, fine-tuning high-performance processes, and troubleshooting complex billing procedures. Additionally, we collaborate closely with the Analysis team to create insightful reports and engaging data visualizations.
