We are seeking a Sr. QA Engineer (Manual + Automation) to support the delivery of end-to-end applications, by continuously improving the quality of the products to meet our engineering excellence standards. To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of working experience in manual & automation testing in a fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement.
- Work experience in manual testing for web-based and hybrid applications.
- Good understanding of the improvement process for Manual Testing (Smoke, Regression, QA SignOff, GO / NO GO, End-to-End, User Acceptance Testing).
- Solid comprehension of Agile methodologies.
- Previous experience in designing and executing test cases, analysis of requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Analytical mindset to identify test scenarios for both Front-end and Back-end.
- Collaborate on the Software Development Life Cycle, analyzing test results, errors, and bugs.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the full life-cycle of software development from requirements through implementation.
- Elaborate reports on the effectiveness and defects to the production team.
- Join forces with Test Automation Engineers, Business Analysts, Delivery Managers, Technical Leaders, and Software Developers.
- Work in an agile environment with a multicultural team.
- Understand test strategies and assess risks.
