Senior QA Engineer - ePayments

The Core Department is designing, developing and maintaining all of evoke major core applications.

As a QA Engineer at Evoke, you will:

• Joining the team for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of web and core applications using advanced testing strategies and modern automation tools.
• Working closely with developers, product managers, system analysts, and project managers in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Delivering comprehensive test plans, manual test scenarios, and automated test cases using best practices to safeguard core applications.
• Ensuring all development work is validated thoroughly to guarantee a consistently high-level of quality before reaching production.

What you'll be doing:

• Review specification and design documents
• Create and maintain test plans and test cases
• Report, manage and track bugs in our applications.
• Working closely with different interfaces like developers, Product managers and Project managers.
• Developing automation test scenarios on top of the infrastructure
• Investigating new technologies and work with peripheral/3rd party tools

Who we're looking for:

• Experience in software testing
• Experience with testing methodologies
• Experience with automation testing – strong advantage
• Experience with HTML5, JS and Hybrid technologies – an advantage
• Familiarity with Web Services and Soap testing – an advantage
• Proactive approach
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasks environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand the systems, translate specification documents and convert them to test documents.
• Solving problems in complex environments.
• Work with remote team members (offshore).
• Degree in computer science – an advantage.
