Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright
- Execute, monitor, and maintain automated and manual test cases
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA team to define test strategies
- Track, report, and manage defects using Jira
- Manage and execute test plans and test cases using ADO Test Manager
- Ensure test coverage for new features, regression, and performance scenarios
- Continuously improve test processes, automation frameworks, and QA standards
Must-have Skills
- At least 7 years of experience in QA and test automation
- Hands-on experience with Playwright or similar automation frameworks
- Strong experience with ADO Test Manager for test planning, execution, and reporting
- Proficiency in Jira for issue tracking and test management
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test design, and reporting
- Experience writing and maintaining automated tests in JavaScript/TypeScript or similar languages
Nice-to-have:
- AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
- Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with other automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress)
- Exposure to cloud-based testing environments
- Experience with performance, load, or security testing
