The Opportunity:

We are seeking a QA Engineer with experience in Python-based automation, web UI testing (Playwright or Selenium), API validation, and automotive systems. In this role, you'll validate AI-driven systems—from diagnostic tools to predictive platforms.

You'll be deeply involved in test automation, AI/ML validation, API reliability, and UI consistency, ensuring that our AI-powered automotive products are safe, performant, and user-friendly.

Role and Responsibility:
  • Design and implement end-to-end automated tests using Playwright or Selenium in Python
  • Create and maintain API tests for RESTful services using tools like pytest, requests, or Postman.
  • Write SQL queries to validate data integrity across relational and time-series databases. Basic SQL queries.
  • Test AI/ML pipelines, including PDF/text extraction and chatbot answer evaluation.
  • Validate integration between web-based tools, vehicle Data, backend systems, and cloud services.
  • Participate in test planning, story grooming, and define acceptance criteria with product and engineering.
  • Debug test failures, log bugs clearly in Jira, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
  • Build CI pipelines for automated test runs and reporting (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar)
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in QA automation, including UI and API testing
  • Strong Python skills: pytest, unittest, Selenium, or Playwright
  • Hands-on experience in API testing (manual and automated)
  • Good SQL/database testing experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar)
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, HTTP status codes, and request debugging tools (e.g., Postman, curl)
  • Git-based workflow experience (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)
  • Designed and implemented AI-powered web-based product testing, including chatbot query response validation, stress testing, soak testing, and scenarios related to LLM (Large Language Model) performance and reliability.
  • Basic understanding of AI/ML pipelines, especially around input/output validation
Desired Skills:
  • Experience with pytest-playwright or Robot Framework
  • Test reporting tools like TestRail, Jama
  • Docker, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with OCR, LLM-based testing, or natural language parsing
  • Some Automotive testing-related experience
