Appodeal is looking for a Senior Python Engineer to make the team even stronger.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop an OKR platform for tracking company goals
- Develop an internal dashboard for company metrics visualization;
- Design and develop our ELT platform and pipelines;
- Develop and maintain various services for internal company needs;
- Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices;
- Collaborate with other teams to extract meaningful and actionable insight from data, and explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability;
- Contribute to the existing internal wiki based on software updates;
- Write unit and integration tests.
What we expect from you:
- 3+ years of experience in Python (Django) and React;
- Strong experience with RDBMS, particularly PostgreSQL;
- Strong knowledge of LLM and AI tools like Claude Code/Cursor/…;
- Ability to leverage best coding practices: clean and readable code, automated testing, code reviews, continuous integration, and delivery;
- Experience working with Docker and Docker Compose;
- Good communication skills in English.
Nice to have:
- Experience data engineering tools like DBT, Dagster, Airflow, Meltano, or similar;
- Experience working with FastAPI, VueJS.
