Join a cross-functional development team building advanced software solutions for a global professional services organization (audit, tax, consulting, advisory).
As a Senior Python Engineer, you’ll play a key role in developing backend components and integrating modern AI agentic frameworks and LLM-based solutions into enterprise systems.
RequirementsTasks & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based backend components.
- Integrate LLM frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph into existing and new products.
- Work with structured data (SQL, CSV, Parquet) to ensure efficient data ingestion and processing.
- Contribute to the creation of multi-agent systems for intelligent data interpretation and transformation.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, data engineers, and AI specialists in an agile setup.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of development practices.
- Strong hands-on experience in Python, ideally in backend or data-focused development.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph) or a strong motivation to learn them.
- Familiarity with RAG, ReAct, or multi-agent architectures is a plus.
- Experience with SQL and structured data formats (CSV, Parquet).
- Solid understanding of API design, software architecture, and clean code principles.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in agile development teams.
- Exposure to AutoGPT, BabyAGI, or similar agentic frameworks.
- Experience integrating AI-powered components into production environments.
- Familiarity with data visualization or analytics tools.
- Prior experience in enterprise or consulting environments.
