Position Overview

  • Experienced project, portfolio and program manager with consultancy experience and background.

Essential skills and Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in consultancy program and project management
  • Experience in new business proposals for governance, program and project management.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience in leading Agile projects
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Power BI etc.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Expertise in managing complex IT projects with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Organisational Skills to manage tasks, deadlines and resources
  • Proficiency in Risk, Issues, Dependencies management
  • Experience of financial management – Planning, Forecasting
  • Expertise in setting up project and program governance, implementing frameworks and best practices
  • Strong Quality and Change Management
  • Time and resource management.
  • Experience in reporting at all levels
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Agile and Scrum Certification
  • Cross functional team management

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of enterprise-level software systems, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
  • Other certifications such as COBIT, ITIL, AWS, etc
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools

  • Excellent customer facing skills and ability to clearly communicate technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Can-do, will-do attitude.
