In this role you’ll make an impact by:
Be the User Manager (UM) of investment project, lead the user group and work together with project manager, secure the project is delivered as the expected outcome or benefits.
Be responsible for clearly defining the requirements from users, GMP, EHS, and engineering standards into IA documents (URS, charter, justification….).
Make sure TDP inputs are collected and matured sufficiently and the business case is well verified.
User Manager leads in CAPEX projects for definition, commissioning, cleaning verification, product qualification, etc.
Be responsible for optimizing the quality of IA documents and the collaboration with stakeholders. Build up the guidance and better practice.
Participate or facilitate the TDP (technology development plan) process and pipeline.
To succeed you must hold:
Minimum a B.S. in a chemical/processing engineering discipline or with related a minimum of 5 years of experience in a pharmacy or food manufactory plant.
Rich experience or strong interest in production equipment. Proven successful performance and experience as user manager in investment projects is required.
Design experience with processing, capacity expansion or new plant will be a plus.
Strong project management and good communication skills.
Good English skills (oral, listening and writing).
