Job Summary**
AUREOS INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES LIMITED is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project P6 Planner to manage and optimize project schedules for complex infrastructure projects using Primavera P6.
Job Responsibilities**
* Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project timelines and milestones.
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary data for schedule development and updates.
* Conduct critical path analysis, identify potential delays, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure projects remain on track.
* Prepare and present regular schedule reports, progress updates, and variance analysis to project teams and senior management.
* Lead and facilitate scheduling meetings, ensuring effective communication and resolution of scheduling conflicts.
* Implement and maintain robust scheduling procedures and best practices.
* Provide training and mentorship to junior planners as required.
* Perform resource loading and leveling within Primavera P6 to optimize resource utilization.
* Support the development of project baselines and monitor performance against them.
* Assist in risk management by identifying scheduling-related risks and developing contingency plans.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with a strong focus on large-scale infrastructure projects.
* Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 Professional (P6 EPPM experience is a plus).
* Demonstrated experience in developing, managing, and analyzing complex project schedules.
* In-depth understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP) are highly desirable.
* Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
