As a Senior Project Manager for Mobolutions, you will be responsible for providing expert level project management guidance for complex SAP BRIM implementations. You must have the ability to manage resources and interdependencies, define and set-up work, and have a high level of ownership and accountability throughout the entire project life cycle. The key responsibilities of this role include managing staffing, Schedule and dependencies, Communication / Change Management planning, Coordination with other teams, Deliverable review and submission, Critical path identification, Risk and Issue Management and Mitigation planning.
Required Skills:
10+ years of strong background in Project managing SAP Implementation, Integration, rollout, Developments, Application support and Maintenance projects.
Experience of at least 3 End to end implementations as Project Manager.
Excellent Leadership, Communication, collaborative skills with ability to interact with International Customers.
Lead and manage SAP BRIM Project from initiation to completion ensuring adherence and understanding on the Solution scope, schedule, Delivery Budget.
Ability to prepare project plan, project charter, Resource allocation schedule, project tracking tools.
Good team player to manage offshore project teams including SAP consultants, developers, analysts, System Administrators and testers to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address issues and deviations from the plan.
Prepare and circulate Weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to internal leadership and Customer as well.
Promote a collaborative and positive team environment, providing guidance and support to offshore team members as needed.
Continuous communication on project status, updates, and key decisions to onshore stakeholders through regular status reports, meetings, and presentations.
Track record of delivering mid to large scale ERP projects successfully on time and within the budget. Exposure to SEI-CMM, ISO, ISMS.
Knowledge and experience on Agile Scrum is essential.
Skills Required

- At least 3 end-to-end implementations served as Project Manager
- Leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with ability to interact with international customers
- Experience leading and managing SAP BRIM projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, schedule and budget adherence
- Ability to prepare project plan, project charter, resource allocation schedule, and use project tracking tools
- Experience managing offshore project teams (SAP consultants, developers, analysts, sysadmins, testers) to meet milestones
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare and circulate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to internal leadership and customers
- Promote collaborative team environment and provide guidance/support to offshore team members
- Strong track record delivering mid-to-large scale ERP projects on time and within budget; exposure to SEI-CMM, ISO, ISMS
- Knowledge and experience with Agile Scrum
