Job Description

  • Manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface.
  • Develop working relationships, solve problems, and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Manage the design process to meet client requirements and expectations.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and identify potential construction problems.
  • Oversee project timelines, risks, and reporting.
  • Manage project budgets and advise on options to keep budgets on track.
  • Handle the change control process and monitor project finances.
  • Facilitate the flow of project information between the team and the client through regular meetings and communications.
  • Engage in marketing and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • A recognised degree in a technical field or Project Management.
  • Health experience is ideal.
  • Ambitious and outcome-driven.
  • Advanced Microsoft skills are essential; scheduling skills are highly regarded.
  • Excellent written and spoken English with report and bid writing skills.
  • Ability to take direction when required but also to work autonomously.
  • Highly motivated and passionate about delivering to clients.
