We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, stakeholder management, risk control, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously across different departments.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress against milestones.
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and implement mitigation plans.
- Facilitate project meetings, prepare status reports, and communicate progress to management.
- Ensure projects comply with company standards, processes, and quality requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize project management practices.
- Support change management and ensure smooth implementation of new processes and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) is considered an advantage.
- Excellent English, both written and spoken is a must.
