As a Senior Project Manager / Project Manager, you will lead customer-facing infrastructure projects spanning multiple technical areas, including cloud, networking, security, and operations modernization.


You will connect customers, technical teams, and vendors to support alignment, issue resolution, and decision-making, while leading projects with a focus not only on QCD(Quality, Cost, Delivery) management but also on customer value and business impact. This role also offers the opportunity to grow into a Project Manager capable of leading larger-scale projects in the future.


What you will do


• Lead mid- to large-scale infrastructure projects as a PM or PL

• Manage regular customer meetings, progress reporting, issue coordination, and expectation management

• Oversee multiple areas such as cloud, network, security, and operations transition

• Engage technical teams, partners, and vendors to move projects forward

• Organize risks, issues, scope changes, and delays, and escalate as needed

• Contribute to project expansion or additional proposals with customer value in mind

• Work flexibly depending on project needs, including office attendance and customer visits



Who You Are

Required skills and experience


• Experience as a Project Manager, Project Leader, team lead, or Delivery Lead in infrastructure projects

• Customer-facing experience such as regular meetings, progress reporting, issue coordination, and expectation management

• Basic understanding of cloud, network, server, security, and operations areas

• Experience coordinating across multiple technical areas and stakeholders

• Ability to organize issues, risks, scope changes, and delays, and drive progress

• Clear career aspiration to grow further as a Project Manager


Preferred skills and experience


• Experience at a major SIer, IT services company, infrastructure consulting firm, or prime vendor

• Senior PM or program management experience coordinating multiple teams or vendors

• Experience in infrastructure refresh, cloud migration, network modernization, or operations improvement projects

• Experience engaging with CxO or department-level stakeholders, program management, or PM(Project Manager) certifications such as PMP

• Experience contributing to project expansion, additional proposals, contract renewals, or account growth

• Mindset aligned with the Kyndryl Way / Heart of Progress and a strong focus on customer value
