Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology projects. The role requires strong leadership, governance, and delivery excellence across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation → delivery → closure)
- Define scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Drive Agile/Scrum or hybrid project execution
- Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations
- Ensure stakeholder alignment (CxO-level engagement)
- Track KPIs, project health, and reporting dashboards
- Mentor team members and enforce delivery standards
Tools & Technologies:
- Project Management: Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello, Monday.com
- Collaboration: Confluence, Slack, Microsoft Teams
- Reporting: Power BI, Tableau, Excel Advanced
- Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, PMP frameworks
KPIs:
- On-time delivery rate
- Budget adherence
- Stakeholder satisfaction
- Risk mitigation efficiency
Skills Required
- 12+ years of experience in project management
- Strong leadership and delivery excellence
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and hybrid execution
