At WTA, strong project management isn’t just about keeping things on track, it’s about driving complex work forward with clarity, confidence, and precision. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who can own large, multi-channel projects from start to finish while keeping teams aligned and moving at pace.
In this role, you’ll lead the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated campaigns. You will be partnering closely with Account Service, guiding internal teams, and ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and at a high level of quality.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Own end-to-end project delivery across mid-to-large-scale, multi-channel campaigns
- Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and workflows from kickoff through delivery
- Drive alignment across Creative, Media, and Account Service teams
- Anticipate risks, identify dependencies, and resolve bottlenecks before they impact timelines
- Manage project scope, budgets, and timelines while proactively flagging risks, changes, and variances
- Lead status communication internally and contribute to client-facing conversations with clear, solutions-oriented updates
- Oversee execution quality, ensuring all deliverables align with the brief, client expectations, and agency standards
- Manage approvals, routing, and feedback cycles to keep work moving efficiently and on schedule
- Coordinate resources across projects, partnering with team leads to balance workload and priorities
- Support and mentor Project Managers, providing guidance on timelines, workflow, and complex project challenges
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying workflow inefficiencies and helping refine how work gets done
What You'll Bring to the Table
- 5+ years of creative project management experience in an ad agency or similar environment
- Proven experience leading large, complex, multi-channel campaigns
- Strong understanding of agency workflow, resourcing, and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects with independence and confidence
- Experience with scoping, estimates, and budget management
- Excellent communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience with project management/traffic tools (Advantage a plus)
