Do meaningful work with us. Every day.

At Amplify Health, we’re looking for individuals with ambition, resilience and passion for healthcare, insurance, wellness  and digital technology. As a fast-growing business with the ambition of making people and communities across Asia healthier, we have exciting career opportunities available to help us achieve our vision.

Responsible for managing IT projects which cut across different IT departmentsSummary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex HealthTech and InsurTech implementations across Hong Kong. This role sits at the heart of client delivery, owning end‑to‑end project execution while acting as a trusted partner to enterprise clients and internal stakeholders.

This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in fast‑moving, client‑facing environments and is comfortable operating across business, product, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

1) Project Planning & Implementation

  • Lead end‑to‑end project planning, including definition and management of scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and inter‑workstream dependencies.
  • Drive disciplined delivery using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to ensure initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and at the expected quality benchmarks.
  • Coordinate effectively with cross‑functional partners—including Commercial, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success—to ensure seamless project execution and rapid issue resolution.

2) Business Understanding and Stakeholder Management

  • Demonstrate strong business acumen to interpret complex client business challenges, user requirements, and operational constraints, translating Amplify Health’s solutions into clear, actionable, and user‑friendly narratives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients throughout implementation, communicating complex concepts in a concise and compelling manner suitable for business and executive audiences.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, managing expectations proactively and navigating diverse organisational environments.
  • Act as a communication bridge by articulating client needs, user pain points, and business context to internal Product, Delivery, and Engineering teams—ensuring shared clarity on the underlying problem without assuming ownership of solution design.
  • Provide structured, transparent updates on project progress, risks, issues, and outcomes through regular stakeholder communications.

3) Risk, Quality & Governance

  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early in the project lifecycle and establish clear mitigation and response strategies.
  • Champion a proactive problem‑solving approach and facilitate timely conflict resolution across teams. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address risks and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet agreed quality standards and adhere to internal governance frameworks.
  • Oversee comprehensive testing and validation processes to confirm functional and performance readiness prior to deployment.
  • Maintain robust project documentation—including plans, reports, RAID logs, and communication records—to support transparency, compliance, and auditability.
  • Prepare and present project status updates to senior management and client stakeholders, highlighting insights, recommendations, and decision points.

4) Continuous Improvement

  • Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to identify opportunities for process enhancement and embed lessons learned into future delivery cycles.
  • Drive adoption of best practices in project management to improve delivery efficiency, stakeholder satisfaction, and overall client outcomes.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of Amplify Health’s delivery standards, methodologies, tools, and playbooks to support organisational maturity.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Over 7-10 years experience in project management; delivering complex technology or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience within HealthTech, InsurTech, FinTech or enterprise SaaS environment strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification highly desirable.
