We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead over projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, AI technologies, and leadership.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in leading projects and teams, with a proven track record of managing multiple small-to-medium IT projects concurrently.

  • Proficiency in navigating distributed teams and engaging with multiple stakeholders effectively.

  • Demonstrated success in fostering customer partnerships and project expansion.

  • Solid understanding and practical application of Agile Scrum methodologies, Fixed Price, and T&M project management.

  • Ability to guide the team in establishing efficient project processes and recommending strategic approaches, tools, and methods.

  • Expertise in people management, including development, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive team environment.

  • A proactive learning attitude, strong self-organization skills, and the capability to work autonomously.

  • Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate level).

  • Fluent in Ukrainian.

  • Experience in pre-sales activities, including involvement in the discovery stage, contributing to project scoping and planning.

  • Familiarity with drafting and working with SoW, MSA, and legal agreements.

  • Ability to manage deadlines, costs, and risks, ensuring the high quality of projects delivered.

Responsibilities

  • Providing leadership across projects, driving initiatives, identifying opportunities, performing high-level analysis, making well-founded decisions, and assuming full responsibility for outcomes.

  • Establishing and managing communication channels and relationships, ensuring client needs are effectively translated to the project team.

  • Overseeing team dynamics to ensure balance and retention, contributing to the overall growth and success of projects.

  • Implementing effective risk and quality management practices.

  • Budget Planning: Developing, forecasting, and allocating budget plans in alignment with organizational goals.

  • Monitoring & Reporting: Tracking expenditures, ensuring adherence to budgets, and providing financial reports.

  • Experience in pre-sales activities, leading the clients from the first touch.

  • Experience with discovery stages, contributing to project scoping and planning.
