We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Novi.
You’ll lead signature road, highway, and bridge design projects for MDOT and municipal clients—projects that make roads safer, communities stronger, and economies thrive. Your leadership will accelerate our growth across the Great Lakes region, building on the momentum of our recent C2AE acquisition and combining local expertise with global resources to deliver solutions that scale.

Fast forward five years, and you’re steering multi-state programs, shaping regional strategy, and leading a team that tackles some of the most complex transportation projects across the Great Lakes.
