The Senior Project Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and driving complex projects related to the seamless retail execution and asset management. This role demands a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, logistics, and retail execution operations. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional teams, developing strategies, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects that optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Honors degree preferred). Relevant certifications in project management advantageous.
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in retail logistics and execution.
  • Experience in managing projects or initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Strong project management skills help in setting clear goals, organizing tasks, and driving results.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
