What you will do
- Project Management:
- Lead & oversee multiple projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk across diverse projects
- Partner across Product, Platform, IT, Operations, Research, P&C, Marcom, Finance, and company leadership to deliver innovative solution
- Work across the organization to Identify and implement process enhancements that improve efficiency and scalability
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operational workflows
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of Project Managers, providing guidance and professional development, including high performance and accountability
- Establish and enforce project management standards and best practices for adoption across the organization
- Establish a team culture of ownership, transparency and end-to-end delivery excellence
- Methodology Expertise & PMO Development:
- Apply Agile and Waterfall frameworks effectively based on project needs
- Coach teams on best practices for hybrid delivery models
- Design and implement PMO governance, standards, and reporting processes
- Establish enterprise level reporting to leadership to ensure alignment across the enterprise
- Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization, including the Senior Executive Team
- Ensure clear communication of program objectives, progress, risks, and outcomes
- Act as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and leadership to align expectations, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus for successful program delivery
- Change Management Office (CMO)
- Serves as an active member of the CMO
- Partner with P&C and MarCom on organizational change initiatives, communication strategies, and adoption plans
What you have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 8+ years of program/project management experience in product and software development
- Proven track record managing programs using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional, geographically distributed teams
- Hands-on experience developing PMO processes in a mid-sized organization
- Prior experience managing and mentoring Project Managers
- Exceptional leadership, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
- PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications preferred
