Job Purpose:
Responsible for leading and overseeing our internal enterprise projects from inception to completion. This role demands a strong background in global health, coupled with entrepreneurial acumen and exceptional stakeholder management skills. The ideal incumbent needs to be a proactive problem solver, great at stakeholder management with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. The incumbent will report directly to the VP Operations.

Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are completed to high standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, clients, and funders.
- Facilitate effective communication across project teams and stakeholders to ensure transparency and collaboration.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to position Kasha Technologies as a leader in global health technology.
- Allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and technology.
- Monitor project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Address project challenges and obstacles with innovative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in global health projects.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Document project processes, outcomes, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Global Health, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of project management experience in global health, including leadership roles.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial experience, with demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Exceptional project management skills, with proficiency in project management software and methodologies.
- Business acumen with experience in budgeting, financial management, and business development.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment coupled by problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate and resolve complex challenges.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements and environments with a high level of integrity and commitment to improving global health outcomes.
