Responsibilities
- Lead, coordinate, execute, and monitor projects to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure projects align with company strategy, goals, and commitments.
- Develop and maintain project plans, revising them as needed to meet changing requirements.
- Deliver projects within the defined budget, timeline, and scope constraints.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet established quality standards.
- Continuously evaluate processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Design, and Engineering teams to empower them in achieving project objectives.
- Identify, acquire, and allocate necessary resources while assigning individual responsibilities.
- Serve as the main point of contact for daily client communications.
- Set and manage client expectations effectively.
- Develop and nurture new business opportunities with existing clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; an MBA or a master’s degree is a plus.
- Min 7+ years working experience within IT and Project Management area.
- Experience in international projects.
- Strong quality mindset, great team spirit, and being detail-oriented.
- Able to work in a very dynamic workplace.
- Strong knowledge of software development processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate with staff and stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Understand and evaluate competitive products.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a high-performing team.
