About the Role

AgencyQ is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join its growing team. We seek a detail-oriented professional who is looking to grow their career with us. Candidate must be enthusiastic about all things digital, delivering an outstanding client experience and high-quality work. Candidate must also be able to work independently and have strong communication skills, presentation skills, and follow-up skills.  

 

Technical Competencies

  • Facilitates the successful delivery of assigned projects on-time, on-budget, within our high-quality standards.   
  • Responsible for scoping projects, communicating with relevant internal teams and clients, and managing these projects from inception through completion.   
  • Monitors, enforces, and updates all workflow, timelines, and deadlines.    
  • Evaluates capital expenditures & revenue potential. 
  • Assist in the creation of proposals, change orders, and internal reports.   
  • Manage assigned projects to drive to minimum gross profit margins as defined by Management, no less than 55%.    
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate client business systems and user needs while helping to formulate solutions that align with client’s overall business strategies. 
  • Advocate for the best interests and needs of the client internally. 
  • Provides leadership, coaching, and mentorship to staff.

Qualifications 

  • US Citizenship
  • 5-7 years of prior Project Manager experience, with some portion in a digital or agency environment 
  • 3 or more instances of on time/budget/scope delivery for a project with over 5 team members and budget of over $150,000 as the sole or lead Project Manager 
  • Extremely detail oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize 
  • Ability to collaborate with both external and internal team members & stakeholders 
  • Fluent understanding of the unique characteristics of digital projects 
  •  Experience using JIRA, Mavenlink, or comparable project management tools 
  • Experience working in an agile environment  
  • PMP and or Scrum Master certification required
