Senior Project Manager

We are looking for passionate Senior Project Manager to join our team and collaborate closely with our customers in the domestic and international public sector IT projects.

A Day in the Life of a Senior Project Manager will include

• Oversee the planning, execution and completion of projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements
• Lead and facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and external vendors, utilizing regular status meetings, written reports, and collaborative tools to ensure transparency and alignment on project goals and timelines
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
• Manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies
• Monitor and report on project progress, providing updates to management and client stakeholders
• Conduct project assessments and lead lessons learned sessions
• Facilitate change management processes
• Ensure compliance with the defined Information Governance framework and oversee the setup of necessary data dictionaries and KPIs.
• Lead the implementation of AI-driven solutions and oversee integration with the Azure Cloud platform
• Collaborate closely with technical teams on Azure services such as Azure Databricks, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure AI Services to ensure smooth delivery of AI components
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

• University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, IT)
• Master’s degree in IT field
• Minimum 15 years of general work experience in consulting services or IT
• At least 10 years of professional experience in Project Management
• Proven experience with various project management methodologies like Agile , SAfe, PRINCE2, PMP, PM2, and Lean
• Experience with Quality procedures (e.g ISO 9001) related to project audits
• Previous experience managing projects, including data analysis and modeling, machine learning, and AI algorithms is considered an asset.
• Familiarity with AI and Data analytics project implementation and cloud technologies, particularly within the Azure ecosystem
• Strong technical skills and thorough understanding of software development processes and technologies
• Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience and willingness to work in an international/multicultural environment
• Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal)

Additional Qualification, knowledge and skills:

• Relevant certifications in internationally recognized project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
