The Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager to lead a portfolio of projects within the NCC - Escode globally. They will need to lead on projects from requirements definition through deployment, establish and manage a project plan, manage project budgets and report anomalies on a regular basis, work collaboratively with the business in terms of delivery including change management. Where necessary they will need to coordinate internal and external resources including negotiating with and managing vendors, as well as ensuring projects remain within scope and budget and/or where necessary managing the change control process. The role will involve project analysis and when necessary, adapt scope, timelines and costs to ensure the projects adhere to the defined requirements. It is essential they establish and maintain relationships with the appropriate stakeholders and provide day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
Key Accountabilities:
Project Planning and Execution -

Determining and defining project scope and objectives working with a broad cross section of stakeholders from across the Escode business working collaboratively with the Escode Business Partner.

Develop and own a detailed project plan, in conjunction with the project team. Present in a consumable for to effectively manage stakeholders.

Build a project aligned budget based on scope of work and resource requirements, identifying risks, and appropriate contingency as required.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder Management -

Ensure there is clear sponsorship in place for projects accountable for, supported by an appropriate governance forum to ensure that project health is monitored, and that the necessary support is in place to enable project success.

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

Manage vendor and supplier contracts associated with the delivery of a project, ensuring the appropriate governance is followed, and planned in the successful delivery of a project.

Work with key stakeholders to identify the benefits of change and put in place a review process to capture benefit realisation post project delivery.
Resource Management -

Define project tasks and resource requirements.

Estimate/forecast all the resources required and associated workloads to meet the project objectives. Where required work with the business team to ensure there is alignment of business resources.
Risk, Issue and Dependency Management -
-
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
-
Monitor project risks regularly and update risk management plans as needed.

Manage project issues to minimise their impact.

Manage project dependencies and ensure they do not impact the delivery of key project milestones.
Monitoring and Reporting -

Own and track project costs to meet budget, ensuring there is a regular forecast update, and report on any unexpected deviation from budget.

Provide project status updates on a weekly basis to the Escode IT Director, PMO and various key stakeholders on progress to date, highlighting key risks and issues with mitigation plans and actions.

Manage any change to the project through an appropriate project governance forum.
Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience in Project Management
-
At least three years’ experience of delivering similar projects in similar organisations.

Worked with different methodologies to support delivery either waterfall or agile based.

Delivery of application, development, and business change based projects.

Excellent customer, and internal communications skills.
Desirable Requirements:

Ideally degree qualified, or equivalent.
-
Exposure to the delivery of infrastructure-based projects.

Specific technologies including Salesforce, and Workday.

Ideally PMP/Prince 2 qualified
