Job DescriptionWe’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a high-profile Frontier AI cyber security initiative within a complex and highly regulated environment.
This is a unique opportunity to lead a strategic project spanning people, process and technology, helping build organisational capability to respond effectively to emerging AI-related cyber security risks.
You’ll take ownership of the project across the full lifecycle, working with senior stakeholders, technology and security teams, delivery partners and vendors to deliver sustainable outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex, high-risk strategic project.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success measures.
- Manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Develop business cases and manage governance and approval processes.
- Own project plans, schedules, budgets and delivery roadmaps.
- Translate strategic objectives into clear and executable delivery plans.
- Partner with business, technology, data and cyber security teams.
- Facilitate informed business and technical decision-making.
- Ensure solutions align with architecture, security and operational requirements.
- Drive strong governance, reporting, assurance and project health.
- Apply Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate.
- Significant experience delivering large, complex and high-risk technology and/or cyber security projects.
- Proven end-to-end project management experience.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams in complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to build alignment where stakeholders have competing perspectives.
- Strong business acumen, governance and financial management capability.
- Experience working with architects, engineers, analysts, security teams and vendors.
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to obtain NV1 security clearance.
