We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our growing Client team: a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, is obsessed with excellence, and can confidently navigate the complexities of fast-moving, high-stakes projects.

  • A seasoned project leader who thrives in fast-paced, multidisciplinary creative work. You're equally at home driving the day-to-day details of delivery and shaping the bigger picture.
  • A strategic orchestrator, not just a master of timelines. You solve tough problems and communicate solutions with clarity; your presence in a room (or on a Zoom) reassures internal teams and clients alike that they're in expert hands.
  • Equal parts diplomat, strategist, and executor. You stay cool under pressure, read the room, and know when to push, when to listen, and how to build lasting trust.
  • Genuinely excited by the role technology, especially AI, can play in creative operations. Curious, proactive, and eager to test tools that make work smarter, faster, and more adaptive.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and clients.
  • Partner closely with the Client Director to shape the strategic direction of projects and clearly communicate that vision across disciplines.
  • Drive full-cycle project management across a variety of engagements in branding, websites, packaging, content creation, and beyond.
  • Translate creative ideas into executable plans, managing scope, budgets, and resources with both rigor and flexibility.
  • Act as the voice of the business to help navigate complex client feedback, shifting priorities, and evolving scopes.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans that keep projects on track and relationships intact.

What You Bring

  • 6–8 years of experience in project management within a creative agency or consultancy environment.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver complex creative projects across disciplines.
  • Demonstrated success in working with clients; you're persuasive, calm, and always prepared.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; you know how to bring clients along the journey.
  • Adept at juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with grace and clarity.
  • Strong strategic instincts; you understand how creative work drives business goals and can help clients see the same.
  • Experience with scoping, resourcing, and budget management, with a pragmatic and entrepreneurial approach to constraints.
