Job Description:
- Develops integrated program plans, milestone schedules, risk registers, and governance routines that maintain delivery visibility and stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinates cross-functional dependencies across engineering, product, data, and business teams to resolve blockers and maintain program momentum.
- Delivers program risks and issues by applying structured escalation frameworks and facilitating decision-making with appropriate stakeholder involvement.
- Produces executive-ready program status reporting, delivery dashboards, and decision briefings that communicate progress, risks, and required actions.
- Drives improvements to project management practices, delivery frameworks, and program governance standards to improve execution quality and consistency.
- Guides less experienced project managers on planning methods, risk management, and stakeholder communication practices.
- Drives agile practices and fosters trust, transparency, learning, and continuous improvement through conducting healthy Agile ceremonies that include backlog refinement, planning, iteration reviews and retrospectives.
- Ensure the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility
- Leverage metrics to assist delivery, enable transparency and optimize the iterative / incremental development process
Technical Skills:
- Technical aptitude to work closely with software engineers
- Competent understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Thorough experience of managing complex waterfall projects
- Strong experience around project financials / budget management and reporting, and resource capacity management.
Tools Knowledge:
- Mandatory - Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) : Jira / Azure DevOps
- Mandatory - Advanced Excel skills, such as data analysis, pivot tables, lookups.
- Nice to Have - Experience of Project and Portfolio Management tools e.g., Service Now
Work timings: 12 pm to 9 pm IST
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Additional Job Description:
- 12-16 years of IT experience including 4+ years of experience in technical project management, program management and 1+ years of experience as Scrum Master/RTE.
- Certification in PMP, PMI-ACP, agile methodologies (CSP , SaFE) or equivalent preferred.

Skills Required
